About the role

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated outside sales professionals to act as design consultants, meeting homeowners in Kelowna to present premium window and patio door solutions. This commission‑only position provides pre‑qualified appointments, allowing you to focus on relationship building and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Meet homeowners for scheduled in‑home consultations.
• Assess customer needs and recommend customized window and patio door solutions.
• Present product options, pricing, financing, and warranty details.
• Guide customers through a consultative sales process and close sales.
• Maintain customer information and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Generate referrals and develop self‑generated business opportunities.
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven success in commission‑based, outside or in‑home sales environments (e.g., automotive, real estate).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence presenting and closing face‑to‑face.
• Competitive, self‑motivated mindset with high personal accountability.
• Willingness to learn, be coached, and adapt.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
