Inside Sales Representative

About the role

The Inside Salesperson works closely with the outside sales team to drive revenue growth by generating and nurturing leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key responsibilities

• Research products, generate quotes and place orders
• Pull orders and load vehicles as needed
• Support and promote vendor and customer events
• Stay informed about product and service updates
• Make product recommendations to customers

Required profile

• Completion of Grade 12
• Capable of lifting at least 50 lb
• Sales or customer‑service experience
• Familiarity with the plumbing/heating industry or related products
