About the role

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated outside sales professionals to act as design consultants, meeting homeowners in the Lower Mainland, BC. You will turn pre‑qualified appointments into high‑value window and patio‑door sales, with uncapped commission potential.

Key responsibilities

• Meet homeowners for scheduled in‑home consultations.
• Understand their needs and recommend customized window and patio‑door solutions.
• Present product options, pricing, financing, and warranty details.
• Guide customers through a consultative sales process and close sales.
• Maintain customer information and follow‑up activity in Salesforce.
• Generate referrals and develop self‑generated business.
• Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven success in commission‑based outside sales, in‑home sales, automotive, real‑estate, or similar performance‑driven roles.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence presenting and closing face‑to‑face.
• Competitive, self‑motivated mindset with high personal accountability.
• Willingness to learn, be coached, and work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
