About the role

BoomerangFX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the recruitment of high‑quality candidates across North America and international markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape and execute creative talent acquisition strategies that support rapid company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize headhunting skills to discover and attract qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s ambitious growth targets.
• Support the organization’s people, culture, talent, and organizational strategies to build a scalable foundation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Champion a high‑velocity, results‑oriented recruitment environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary $45,000‑$55,000 CAD per year.
• On‑target earnings: $500 per role filled and $1,000 commission for closing 10 roles each month.
• Eligibility for BoomerangFX Stock Option Plan after six months.
