About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an entry‑level position within the HR team, responsible for managing full‑cycle recruitment for a national workforce while gaining exposure to broader HR functions such as employee relations, HRIS administration, and project support.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, job posting creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks and offer preparation.
  • Use Teamtailor ATS to track candidate pipelines, requisitions and recruitment metrics.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and high‑volume positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set timelines and ensure inclusive, compliant hiring practices.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, schedule panel interviews and support candidate communication.
  • Prepare onboarding packages, collect employment documents, conduct orientation and coordinate first‑day setup.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and contribute to monthly reporting on time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness and funnel metrics.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and lead participation in career fairs.
  • Maintain employee records in NetSuite HRIS, track probation milestones and training completion.
  • Respond to general employee and external inquiries, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Assist with HR projects, events and reporting, and shadow broader HR functions for development.

Required profile

  • Completed post‑secondary program in Human Resources, Business or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional interaction with candidates, employees and managers.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Teamtailor (ATS).
  • Experience using NetSuite HRIS.
  • Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel and Outlook.
