About the role
BPA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to act as a strategic recruitment ally across its Canadian offices. You will shape hiring strategies for diverse engineering and construction disciplines, supporting the company’s sustainable design and infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with managers to design and execute region‑specific talent acquisition plans.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: posting, sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and providing manager support.
- Develop proactive attraction tactics, including headhunting and talent pool building.
- Contribute to recruitment tools, KPIs, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, compensation, health & safety, and other HR functions for a holistic approach.
- Support employer branding, diversity, and other HR projects.
- Monitor market trends to inform strategic workforce planning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (CHRP/CRHA a plus).
- 5–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Strong client‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑driven mindset.
Required skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiarity with Indeed and similar sourcing platforms.
