About the role
Under the supervision of the Facilities Services Unit Coordinator, the Supply Custodian will maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment in assigned school areas across the York Catholic District. The specific school is assigned daily, and the shift runs from 2:45 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. York Catholic District School Board is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to equity, inclusion and accessibility for all staff.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and sanitation duties to ensure a healthy learning environment during the evening shift.
- Travel to any Board location throughout York Region as required by daily assignments.
Required profile
- Previous experience in cleaning or custodial work.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift equipment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work a variety of shifts.
- Willingness to travel to multiple school sites.
