Supply Chain Planning Specialist

About the role

Fuzion Flooring is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join its North American distribution team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will own replenishment criteria, inventory KPIs, and provide critical support to sales and customer service for accurate stocking and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze SKU‑level inventory performance and update replenishment criteria based on market changes.
• Coordinate with sales and commercial teams to align project delivery requirements and timelines.
• Identify and implement best‑practice improvements for the replenishment process.
• Issue production and purchase orders, reconcile PO data with vendors, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate vendor paperwork and resolve data discrepancies with operations.
• Work closely with logistics coordinators, factories, and quality control to expedite goods movement and address quality issues.
• Manage inbound shipments, customs clearance, and related documentation.
• Provide sales teams with product availability and delivery forecasts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective vendors, participating in regular meetings.
• Monitor inventory fill rates, budgeted inventory levels, and generate exception reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain and inventory management.
• Proven ability to manage purchase orders, vendor relationships, and inventory KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
