Stock Associate – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are looking for a Stock Associate to join our luxury retail team in Vancouver. The role supports the Stock Manager in maintaining product flow between the warehouse and the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is presented flawlessly for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process daily goods deliveries following corporate procedures.
• Prepare and stage merchandise for the sales floor, special areas, and e‑commerce orders.
• Maintain safety and security of products throughout handling.
• Track product movement using the SAP system.
• Keep the warehouse organized according to corporate standards.
• Manage returns, shop‑to‑shop transfers, and e‑commerce deliveries within set deadlines.
• Order packaging materials based on store needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar stock or inventory role, preferably in luxury retail.
• High affinity for luxury products and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for inventory tracking.
