Staffing Consultant

About the role

Dominus Group is looking for a motivated Staffing Consultant to join its growing team. This 360° recruitment position blends business development with talent acquisition, helping clients meet their workforce needs while driving company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings to understand staffing requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for a variety of positions.
• Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage onboarding and placement processes.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and placed employees to ensure satisfaction.
• Track recruitment and business development activities using CRM systems.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, sales, customer service, or business development is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM and ATS systems.
