Site Supervisor

About the role

Eagle Builders is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead large agricultural, commercial and multi‑level building projects in Blackfalds, Alberta. You will coordinate trades, maintain accelerated schedules and uphold the company’s high standards for safety, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines.
• Oversee all aspects of construction work to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while supporting onsite personnel.
• Schedule sub‑trades and deliveries, and communicate safety and efficiency expectations.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and conduct onsite and office meetings.
• Ensure work quality exceeds industry standards and handle documentation promptly.
• Read, interpret and explain blueprints, addressing changes with trades.
• Travel to sites, work beyond traditional hours when required, and proactively solve issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Understanding of the full construction process from layout to finish.
• Valid Leadership for Safety Excellence (LSE) certificate, Standard First Aid, Fall Protection and Aerial Work Platform certifications.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work away from home Monday‑Friday, occasional Saturdays.
