About the role

As the Installation & Modernization Supervisor for KONE in New Brunswick, you will guide a team on construction sites, ensuring compliance with code requirements and building‑system standards while coordinating multiple subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews on construction sites, managing subcontractor interactions.
• Implement and monitor safety guidelines as a top priority.
• Develop learning opportunities and training for team members.
• Manage project schedules, track performance, and adjust resources as needed.
• Collaborate with general contractors, internal stakeholders, and all organizational levels to achieve business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of relevant construction experience.
• Supervisory experience, preferably leading a union‑represented workforce.
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous learning.
• Ability to work effectively with general contractors and manage resources.
