Service Technician

About the role

Machinery Masters is seeking a Service Technician to deliver fast, high-quality service for CNC equipment across Southern Ontario. The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing a range of CNC machines while ensuring maximum uptime for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and repair CNC machinery using Fanuc‑based controls.
• Provide same‑day or next‑day service visits, documenting all work in the company system.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to improve equipment reliability.
• Read and interpret ladder diagrams, applying electrical and mechanical knowledge to diagnose faults.
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
• Work independently and represent the company professionally, while supporting occasional team projects.

Required profile

• Experience with electrical or mechanical maintenance, CNC programming, or Fanuc control systems.
• Willingness to use or assemble a basic set of service tools.
• Dependable, self‑motivated and able to travel throughout Southern Ontario in a company‑provided vehicle.
