SEO Manager – Organic Growth Lead

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Manager to own the organic growth strategy for a fast‑growing, product‑led technology company. The role focuses on driving qualified traffic, user acquisition and revenue through technical, programmatic and AI‑driven SEO initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s SEO roadmap, aligning it with a self‑serve, product‑led acquisition model.
• Lead technical SEO projects such as crawl optimization, indexing, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, structured data and site‑architecture improvements.
• Build, maintain and scale programmatic SEO pages while identifying new organic opportunities.
• Develop Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI‑search strategies for platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design and Content teams to launch SEO initiatives and optimise landing‑page experiences.
• Own SEO reporting, measuring rankings, impressions, traffic, conversions, sign‑ups and AI visibility.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers and technical partners, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI‑search trends and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, including technical SEO and organic growth.
• Proven track record leading SEO in product‑led, self‑serve SaaS or marketplace businesses.
• Demonstrated success scaling organic traffic and conversions at volume.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into growth actions.
