Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

Konstruct is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead search‑engine optimisation initiatives for a diverse portfolio of North‑American clients. You will work closely with the Accounts & Strategy team to shape SEO and GEO tactics that drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, analyse data, and develop long‑term SEO strategy roadmaps.
• Present performance results and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Identify search trends and collaborate with the content team to produce SEO‑focused content.
• Guide overall SEO strategy, resolve client issues, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience.
• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic, conversions, and revenue across multiple industries.
• Strong client‑communication skills and ability to manage challenging situations.

Required skills

• On‑page, technical, and off‑site SEO expertise.
• Advanced use of SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Semrush, Ahrefs, SERP APIs, Screaming Frog.
• GEO/AEO strategy development and AI‑search research.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JSON and experience with WordPress.
