Project Coordinator – Agency Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our agency’s work connecting farmers with brands. You will help keep client projects organized from initiation through delivery, working with project managers, account, creative and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Delegate tasks across internal teams to ensure projects move forward efficiently.
• Facilitate clear, timely communication between media, creative, and account teams.
• Prepare and maintain project status updates and reports.
• Keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and key milestones.
• Coordinate development and delivery of media assets across multiple channels.
• Ensure all creative materials meet platform specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.
• Maintain organized records of assets and campaign materials.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in marketing, communications, business, project management or a related field.
• Marketing background with understanding of common marketing channels and deliverables.
• Basic project‑management knowledge, including experience with timelines, deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach with strong follow‑through and confidence to ask questions.
• Comfort working with project‑management software and Microsoft Office.
