Digital Marketing Account Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, task‑oriented professional to lead client accounts in our digital marketing practice. The Digital Marketing Account Supervisor will act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring satisfaction and successful delivery of digital projects that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all client account management issues and cultivate trusted advisor relationships.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams to deliver projects on time, monitor scope changes, and communicate status.
• Generate regular account performance reports and coordinate key metrics with clients.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies, RFP responses, and identifying growth opportunities with existing clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of combined client service and digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years in an agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, influence stakeholders, and deliver client‑focused solutions.
• Strong time‑management, analytical, and risk‑mitigation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance workflow and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with project and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Harvest, and Slack.
