About the role

AdFarm is a 40‑year‑old agri‑marketing agency looking for a senior Account Director to manage client portfolios, drive business growth, and deliver successful campaigns for agriculture‑related brands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key decision‑makers at client organisations.
• Proactively identify client needs, develop tailored strategies, and act as primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create innovative marketing campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of account managers, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Delegate tasks, provide clear guidance, and monitor team performance for continuous improvement.
• Oversee budget management, financial forecasting, and project profitability.
• Identify organic growth opportunities and new business within existing accounts.
• Contribute to AdFarm’s overall strategic direction and business growth.
