Senior Sales Development Representative

About the role

Forward Financing is seeking a driven Senior Sales Development Representative to revive partially completed financing applications and convert warm and cold leads into full submissions. You will engage SMB owners who have started the funding process but need guidance to finish, helping them overcome objections and move forward.

Key responsibilities

• Contact business owners to assess their goals, answer financing questions, and present funding solutions.
• Operate a high‑volume auto‑dialer, maintaining pitch quality from the first to the hundredth call.
• Educate prospects on the application process, product benefits, and value proposition.
• Create urgency and clear calls‑to‑action to maximize submission volume.
• Track lead activity, status, and outcomes in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Direct Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve the sales funnel.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Relentless follow‑up mindset with strong phone presence and written communication.
• Metric‑driven approach with ability to meet daily call, talk‑time, and multi‑channel touchpoint targets.
• Comfortable adapting to evolving priorities and shifting focus quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Dialpad for outbound calling.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM for pipeline management.
• Familiarity with Tableau for data reporting.
