Business Development Manager – Cloud & IaaS Solutions

About the role

Leaseweb is seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive sales of its IaaS and Cloud solutions across the Greater Toronto Area. You will identify and engage new prospects in targeted verticals, convert them into customers, and hand them off to internal support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and acquire new logos within SaaS, Gaming, AdTech, MarTech, MSP, AI, Big Data, and e‑Commerce segments.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Build and maintain relationships with MSPs, small tech firms, and local businesses through face‑to‑face meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and customer onboarding.
• Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B technology sales experience with a proven new‑logo acquisition record.
• Strong network of contacts in the listed verticals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Self‑starter with high autonomy, strong time‑management, and adaptability.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada and fluency in English.
