Senior Recruiter

About the role

Leo Berwick AI is scaling rapidly and needs an experienced recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for both technology‑enabled consulting and technical data & AI positions. You will partner closely with senior leaders to build high‑caliber teams that drive AI‑focused value creation for private‑equity backed companies.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for consulting, data and AI roles in a fast‑growing firm.
• Partner with senior leaders, operators and technologists to identify talent that creates long‑term value.
• Design and refine recruiting processes as the organization scales.
• Develop bespoke outbound strategies and innovative sourcing tactics for hard‑to‑find candidates.
• Run rigorous interview processes while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with technical, data or AI‑adjacent roles.
• Proven ability to craft compelling outreach that generates responses.
• Strong research, market‑mapping and talent‑pool building skills.
• Growth mindset with a passion for building and improving recruiting functions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders.
