About the role

As a Senior Product Designer II at Mistplay, you will shape the way millions of mobile gamers discover, play, and earn rewards. You will translate high‑level concepts into player‑centric experiences that are both delightful and intuitive, working within a fast‑moving gaming and loyalty ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Convert broad ideas into meaningful UI/UX experiences that surprise and delight players.
• Own and evolve a scalable design system tailored for gaming and loyalty platforms.
• Design end‑to‑end user flows, simplifying complex actions into intuitive interfaces.
• Create sketches, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes to communicate concepts across teams.
• Lead design discovery, conduct research, prototype, and run usability tests to identify high‑impact opportunities.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers from concept through launch.
• Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to define event‑tracking strategies and validate design hypotheses.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in product design with a strong foundation in UI/UX and responsive design.
• Proven ability to build and maintain design systems.
• Experience leading research, prototyping, and usability testing initiatives.
• Comfort working in cross‑functional teams and communicating design decisions clearly.
