Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will advise and support the marketing objectives of a business group, creating integrated solutions that align with brand standards and strategic goals. This role will lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives across customer acquisition, retention, communications, and sales promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, recommend, and execute comprehensive marketing plans for customer marketing, communications, integrated sales, promotions, and acquisition/retention initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, from strategic planning through execution and performance tracking.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, internal marketing functions, and external partners or vendors.
• Identify emerging market trends and issues to inform decision‑making and strategic direction.
• Conduct independent analysis, break down complex problems, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Design and produce regular and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate budgets, monitor actual results versus budget, and adjust plans to meet business objectives.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising senior business groups on marketing strategy and execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct independent assessments and resolve strategic issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle non‑routine situations, and make risk‑informed decisions.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and external vendor relationships.
