Brand & Marketing Manager for Dessert Brands

About the role

As the Marketing Manager you will own the marketing function for Demetres, Scooped by Demetres, and the growing CPG retail line. Reporting directly to leadership, you will collaborate with internal teams and external creative partners to plan, execute, and measure seasonal campaigns, limited‑time offerings, influencer activations, and SEO initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual marketing strategy for restaurants, Scooped, and CPG ice‑cream.
• Lead seasonal and campaign‑level creative briefs from concept through execution, ensuring on‑brand storytelling.
• Maintain and evolve distinct brand identities for Demetres and Scooped.
• Oversee content calendars on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, directing photo, video, and copy production.
• Build and manage influencer and UGC programs, leveraging content across channels.
• Own local SEO strategy, Google Business Profiles, website content, and digital ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google), setting KPIs and managing budgets.
• Collaborate with operations, R&D, and in‑store teams to align marketing with business priorities.
• Manage external vendors such as photographers, designers, and agencies, and report performance metrics to leadership.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or strategy role.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Access to reliable transportation for site visits and off‑site events.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings based on business needs.
