Senior Lending Advisor – Hawkesbury

About the role

As a Senior Lending Advisor you will help clients in Hawkesbury achieve their home‑ownership goals by providing expert mortgage advice and delivering tailored financing solutions. You will work with new mortgages, renewals, restructures and refinances while leveraging Scotiabank’s broad product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customized mortgage solutions and manage renewal leads, including retention offers and rate negotiations.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and collaborate with Wealth, Business Banking and Home Financing teams.
• Grow the client base through proactive outreach, networking and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences in line with the Customer Experience Model.
• Maintain strong risk‑management, compliance and operational standards.

Required profile

• Strong drive to build and sustain client relationships.
• Expert knowledge of mortgage products, processes, systems and compliance requirements.
• Advanced skills in credit adjudication, negotiation and relationship‑building.
• Understanding of retail banking solutions and digital self‑service tools.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
