Senior Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a collaborative, proactive, and business‑minded Senior Human Resources Generalist to support our growing organization. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will partner with leaders and employees across multiple functions, providing strategic and hands‑on HR support in employee relations, talent management, performance, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, development and workplace concerns.
• Conduct and support employee investigations, conflict resolution and corrective‑action processes, ensuring fairness and consistency.
• Coach leaders on talent management, change leadership, performance conversations, career development and employee engagement.
• Interpret and apply company policies, employment legislation and best practices.
• Partner with HR team to drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a strong focus on employee relations and talent management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with leaders.
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑growing, hybrid environment.
