Senior Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Cardata is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to shape and execute its field marketing strategy across North America. You will own the end‑to‑end planning and delivery of events, webinars, association programs and strategic partnerships that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a comprehensive field marketing plan covering conferences, trade shows, hosted events, webinars and industry association initiatives.
• Lead full event lifecycle – from opportunity selection, sponsorships and logistics to booth design, speaking slots, pre‑event demand generation, attendee engagement and post‑event follow‑up.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to identify priority markets, accounts and audiences and translate them into targeted field programs.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry associations, secure speaking engagements and partnership opportunities, and increase Cardata’s visibility in relevant market conversations.
• Assess investment opportunities, make data‑driven recommendations, and continuously optimise the field marketing mix based on pipeline performance and strategic value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B field or event marketing, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure program impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales and product teams.
• Self‑starter who can set strategic direction and execute independently.
