Marketing Manager

About the role

Cloud Star is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of its marketing strategies in Edmonton. The role involves overseeing market research, promotional campaigns, and the creation of engaging content to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve product positioning.
• Direct the development of educational and publicity programs, including promotional materials and website content.
• Establish and manage distribution networks for products and services.
• Evaluate and enhance the organization’s online presence and communication strategies.
• Hire, train, and motivate a small marketing team, supervising up to four staff members.
• Plan, execute, and assess advertising campaigns to promote sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Relevant certifications such as Bing Ads Accreditation, Google AdWords Certification, or Certified Fundraising Executive.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed.
