Senior Director of Product, Retail

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Product, Retail to lead a high‑impact product organization that builds technology transforming grocery partners’ operations across North America. Based in Canada, you will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for a platform that reduces waste, improves efficiency and unlocks new revenue streams for retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the retail product strategy, roadmap and priorities across partner applications, onboarding, catalog integration, reporting and pricing.
• Translate deep grocery and retail expertise into product decisions that address real‑world operational challenges.
• Lead, mentor and scale a cross‑functional team of product managers, engineers and designers.
• Drive measurable business outcomes such as partner adoption, store activation, product usage and revenue growth.
• Partner with enterprise retail customers, store teams and executives to gather insights and shape product strategy.
• Collaborate with data and machine‑learning teams to embed intelligent pricing, automation and AI capabilities.
• Promote a culture of experimentation, accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Extensive product leadership experience in retail or grocery domains.
• Proven ability to translate complex operational problems into scalable product experiences.
• Strong data‑informed decision‑making and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Track record of delivering products that achieve adoption and revenue targets.
