Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB & Top‑Tier)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios that will train advanced AI systems. This is a remote, project‑based freelance position focused on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific project scenarios that reflect real engagement dynamics, including financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to enable large‑language‑model based assessment of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with the AI and data‑generation team to ensure the consulting environments are aligned with the overall AI training pipeline.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical work plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
