Senior Channel Partner Manager – Canada

About the role

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams and is looking for a founding Channel Partner Manager to create and own the partner motion in Canada. You will be responsible for helping Canadian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt Ramp through trusted advisors and ecosystem partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build Ramp’s Canadian channel strategy and operating rhythm from the ground up.
• Research, identify, source, qualify and sign net‑new Canadian partners.
• Create joint go‑to‑market and activation plans to grow the Canadian partner ecosystem.
• Drive revenue for Ramp through generating referrals and managing partner‑sourced pipeline.
• Own partner onboarding, activation, pipeline generation, and regular business reviews.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in partner sales, business development, or channel partnerships.
• High agency, urgency, resilience and a proven track record of sourcing and managing partnerships.
• Strong discovery and consultative‑selling skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product, engineering and growth teams.
• Familiarity with the Canadian business and technology ecosystem and comfort using AI tools.
