Part-time Sales Associate / Eyewear Stylist

About the role

Bailey Nelson is looking for a part‑time Sales Associate and Eyewear Stylist to join the Fairview Mall store in Toronto. You will help customers discover the perfect frames, provide eye‑care advice and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in‑store experience by guiding customers through frame selection and eye‑care needs.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up‑to‑date with the latest eyewear trends.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve monthly sales and bonus targets.
• Ensure the store environment is tidy, organized and reflects the brand’s visual standards.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑facing experience with strong communication skills.
• Ability to recognise individual style and help customers find their unique look.
• Positive energy and a proactive attitude toward personal and team improvement.
• Enthusiasm for challenges and a solution‑oriented mindset.
