Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

Cardinal Health Canada is seeking a Senior Bilingual Coordinator to support its Talent Acquisition team on a 16‑month contract. The role will manage end‑to‑end candidate processes, ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and hiring managers while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all interview logistics, including scheduling, communication, and documentation.
• Create and issue offer letters, initiate background checks, and track onboarding milestones.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in HRIS platforms such as Workday and Dayforce.
• Liaise with third‑party background check vendors and ensure timely completion of screenings.
• Provide orientation details and support new‑hire paperwork processing.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (must).
• 1‑3 years of related experience, preferably in HR or recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced computer skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday and Dayforce.
• Familiarity with third‑party background check vendors.
