Recruitment Consultant

About the role

The Recruitment Consultant will join ITI Placement de Ressources Inc on a permanent, full-time basis in Québec. The role focuses on delivering recruitment services to client organisations while championing inclusive hiring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, from sourcing to placement.
• Apply and promote the company’s inclusive recruitment policies for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous peoples, mature workers and visible minorities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a diverse talent pool.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 3 to less than 5 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
• Availability to work day-time shifts.
