Senior Associate, Workforce Transformation (Bilingual FR/ENG)

About the role

PwC's Workforce Transformation Consulting team supports organizations in their organizational transformation initiatives, from aligning operating models with business strategy to upskilling talent, improving employee engagement and managing change. As a bilingual (French and English) Senior Associate in Montreal, you will deliver end-to-end transformation projects and contribute to business development and the firm's knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Work with PwC teams and client teams on client engagements, from strategy through implementation.
• Contribute to business development activities to identify opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Develop your own technical skills and those of your team at local, national and global levels within the network.
• Stay current on developments in your expertise and industries, and contribute to PwC's knowledge and points of view.
• Build strong internal relationships and strengthen your position within PwC.

Required profile

• Fluency in English, in addition to French, to support English-speaking clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience in organizational diagnosis, operating models, governance models, change management, or facilitation of work sessions with clients.
• Autonomy, enthusiasm for working with clients and teamwork, and ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous situations.
• Collaborative, curious profile and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Excellent oral and written communication, storytelling and presentation of deliverables, including PowerPoint.
• Interest in skills development in a digital environment and openness to new tools and ways of working.

The salary range is $84,700 - $134,700, based on skills, experience, qualifications and location. Eligible employees may also take part in variable incentive pay programs. The position follows the departure of a valued team member.
