Campus Talent Acquisition, Senior Associate (Bilingual FR/EN)

About the role

PwC Canada is looking for a Campus Talent Acquisition, Senior Associate (bilingual French/English) in its Internal Firm Services line of service, within IFS - Human Capital. The role supports how PwC attracts students and early career professionals across Canada, connecting business needs with high-potential emerging talent through partnerships with educational institutions and non-profit organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of the attraction strategy for students and early career professionals, delivering targeted initiatives that attract, engage and convert talent.
• Build and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring teams to understand hiring needs.
• Support partnerships with educational institutions and non-profits to strengthen talent pipelines and engage talent early.
• Coordinate the selection process for assigned client groups and ensure consistent delivery across markets.
• Champion a diversity-focused approach to outreach, including underrepresented backgrounds.
• Act as a responsive point of contact for stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Work with an Acceleration Centre team member throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Use systems, AI and automation to improve recruitment processes, stakeholder experience and candidate outcomes.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French, as the role involves English-speaking clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Some experience in early careers, campus or student recruitment, with an interest in attraction activities aligned with business needs.
• Knowledge of the early careers education landscape across Canada is an asset.
• Understanding of PwC's lines of service and the CPA program is an asset.

Required skills

• Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interest in leveraging systems, AI and automation tools.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and collaboration skills.

The salary range is $62,200 - $103,600, based on skills, experience, qualifications and location. Eligible employees may also participate in variable incentive pay programs. The position follows the departure of a valued team member.
