Senior Analyst, Data

About the role

PC Financial is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data to support its data modernization and automation initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Analytics, you will design and build automated data products that enable business units such as Finance, Collections and Compliance to access and analyse complex datasets efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop automated and ad‑hoc data solutions, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve user experience.
• Support the execution of the data modernization roadmap by contributing to solution development, documenting processes and providing analytical insights.
• Collaborate with Governance, Process Effectiveness and Technology teams to build and maintain regulatory monitoring frameworks.
• Work closely with data scientists and junior analysts to apply data‑engineering best practices and solve analytical and operational problems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of progressive experience in data and analytics, preferably in a financial services or banking environment.
• University degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Analytics.
• Domain expertise in data solutions, including AI‑powered data products, business intelligence, data‑warehouse or data‑mart design, and data strategy.
• Proven experience in solution design and data architecture.
