Senior Consultant – IT & Healthcare Solutions

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its consulting team in Mississauga. You will help clients define problem statements, evaluate solution options, and deliver detailed design and architecture artifacts that drive value across the global landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and define client problem statements and business objectives.
• Evaluate solution alternatives and make evidence‑based recommendations.
• Create detailed design, architecture, and process documentation.
• Implement deployment plans and support knowledge‑transfer activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional global teams and executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON (or willing to relocate).
• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel as required by client projects.

Required skills

• Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Project and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams.
• Healthcare/Life Sciences platforms: Veeva Vault, CDMS, TrackWise, LMS.
• Enterprise systems: Oracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Analytics and reporting: Power BI.
• Regulatory standards: CSV/CSA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, GAMP.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
