Seasonal Retail Sales Associate – Holiday Support

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking enthusiastic seasonal sales associates to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience during the busy holiday period at the Tanger Outlets Ottawa location. You will work closely with the store manager and a dynamic team, providing friendly, customer‑focused service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods identified by management.
• Greet customers, answer basic inquiries, and assist with product selection.
• Maintain visual standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Bag purchases at the register and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Follow all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives from management.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to keep the store operating efficiently.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts (including Black Friday).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder use.
• Reliable transportation and legal right to work in Canada.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
