About the role
Kireva Cleaning is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to acquire new residential and commercial cleaning customers. This commission‑only position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to earn unlimited income based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential residential and commercial customers
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Understand customers' cleaning needs
- Explain services and pricing
- Answer questions and handle basic objections
- Close new customers
- Keep track of leads and follow‑ups
- Build relationships with potential customers
Required profile
- Comfortable talking to people
- Confident making calls and sending messages
- Motivated to earn based on results
- Persistent and willing to follow up
- Professional and reliable
- Able to work independently
- Willing to learn and improve
- Previous sales experience is an asset but not required
