Science & Engineering Recruiter (Remote, Ontario)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Science and Engineering Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for clinical development and engineering positions. This remote role supports sponsor‑dedicated programs across Canada, delivering high‑quality candidate slates and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for clinical development roles (e.g., CRAs, Clinical Trial Managers, Clinical Scientists, Data Managers, Biostatisticians, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance).
• Oversee recruitment for a variety of engineering positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, source and evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and onboarding.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics in ATS/CRM systems.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, support workforce planning, and negotiate competitive offers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership with hiring managers.
• Deep understanding of clinical research and clinical development roles.
• Ability to assess complex technical skill sets within the clinical research domain.
• Excellent candidate relationship and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and pipeline management capabilities.
• Experience operating effectively in sponsor‑facing environments.
