Sales Representative – B2B Supply Chain & Logistics (Alberta)

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive new‑business growth for Chit Chats Express by identifying, qualifying, and converting B2B supply chain and logistics prospects into active shipping clients across Alberta.

Key responsibilities

• Source and follow up on inbound leads, outbound outreach, referrals, marketplace research and re‑activation campaigns.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client shipping volume, carrier usage, pain points, platform integrations and growth potential.
• Qualify prospects based on commercial fit, shipping profile, compliance, operational feasibility and revenue potential.
• Present Chit Chats services, prepare pricing comparisons, savings summaries and proposals tailored to each client.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Data, Product and Operations teams for complex pricing or service‑fit questions.
• Maintain accurate lead, opportunity and client records in the CRM and track all outreach activity.
• Coordinate hand‑off to Onboarding and Account Management to ensure a smooth transition after close.
• Provide feedback on client needs to inform future product and service improvements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities.
• Experience conducting discovery calls and preparing client‑focused proposals.
• Detail‑oriented with strong record‑keeping skills in a CRM system.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
