About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Consultant to drive new client acquisition for linen, workwear, industrial uniforms and facility services across a designated territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will combine prospecting, relationship building and product promotion to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, solicit and secure new B2B clients through cold‑calling, lead qualification and proposal presentation.
- Promote and sell all approved product lines and services, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate sales records, complete new‑client paperwork and manage the sales funnel.
- Participate in promotions, contests, meetings and training sessions.
- Follow company sales policies, pricing guidelines and installation procedures.
- Present a professional image and build strong customer relationships.
- Operate a company vehicle safely, keep it clean and ensure regular maintenance.
- Attend trade shows and marketing events, monitor competitive activity and report findings.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong time‑management and ability to follow directions.
- At least 2 years of B2B sales or hunting/prospecting experience.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to recognize product colors, sizes and types and perform accurate calculations.
- Safety‑sensitive role; drug and alcohol testing required.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Compensation ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 per year (base salary plus commission).
