About the role

tbooth wireless is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join its Toronto team. You will help customers choose the right wireless and residential products while representing a leading retailer of Apple, Samsung, Google and other top brands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized recommendations and support to customers seeking wireless and home‑service solutions.
• Stay current on product features, network promotions, and industry trends through ongoing training.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while adapting to shifting business needs.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a genuine interest in helping people find the right solutions.
• Strong communicator who can build relationships quickly.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital tools and social media.
• Goal‑driven, flexible, and able to work evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of proven success in a customer‑facing role.
