Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high‑touch service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and service goals.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, retention, and regular follow‑up.
• Attend product knowledge and vendor seminars to stay current on collections.
• Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email and digital channels about events, new arrivals and special occasions.
• Resolve customer issues and collaborate with management on escalated matters.
• Adhere to health & safety, privacy and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a commission‑based luxury sales environment.
• Consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Active presence on social media as a fashion influencer.
• Passion for current and emerging fashion trends.
