About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury retail team as a Sales Associate focused on handbags and leather goods. You will build lasting relationships with clients, drive sales, and represent iconic fashion brands in an inspiring, fashion‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed sales and service targets through proactive client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, perform floor recovery, and update pricing.
• Communicate with personal clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods about events, new merchandise, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalations.
• Attend product knowledge, vendor, and internal training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of commission‑based luxury sales experience.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Active presence on social media platforms to promote personal fashion influence.
• Passion for current and emerging fashion trends and broad product knowledge across merchandise categories.
