About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed sales and service targets through proactive client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, perform floor recovery, and update pricing.
• Communicate with personal clients via phone, email, and other electronic channels about events, new merchandise, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalations.
• Attend product knowledge and vendor seminars to stay current on trends.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of commission‑based luxury sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work within a team‑oriented environment.
• Active presence on social media platforms to promote personal fashion influence.
• Passion for fashion trends and broad product knowledge across merchandise categories.
