Specialist, Designated Sales Associate – The Row

About the role

The Specialist, Designated Sales Associate (DSA) for The Row at Holt Renfrew builds lasting relationships with luxury customers, driving sales and brand loyalty. You will act as the primary point of contact for a personal client base, delivering exceptional service and meeting brand sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed personal and brand sales goals.
• Develop and retain a loyal client base through proactive outreach.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments.
• Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with clients about events, merchandise, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Minimum two years of experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Highly collaborative and able to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, competitive, self‑motivated.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
