Roofers Foreman/Woman

About the role

Flynn Canada Ltd. is seeking an experienced Roofers Foreman/Woman to lead a crew of 5‑10 roofers, apprentices and labourers on commercial and industrial projects in Fredericton. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering quality roofing work in an outdoor, noisy, and high‑elevation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of 5‑10 roofers, apprentices and labourers.
• Prepare production reports, cost estimates and material requisitions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Schedule activities, order equipment and supplies, and set up machines on site.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Provide training or arrange training for crew members.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing or construction supervision.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work under pressure, at heights and in noisy, dusty conditions.
• Excellent oral communication, organization, reliability and teamwork.

Required skills

• Artificial intelligence (use in construction processes).
