Retail Outfitter – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Retail Outfitter to join our Edmonton store team. Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will help create a world‑class shopping experience by delivering legendary customer service and sharing expert product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend appropriate outdoor apparel and gear.
• Promote store programs, promotions and seasonal offers.
• Maintain visual standards: restock shelves, arrange merchandise, keep signage tidy, and ensure the sales floor is clean.
• Resolve customer issues using sound judgment and logical problem‑solving.
• Support other store areas when business demands shift.
• Stay informed about outdoor lifestyle trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a sales or service environment (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong ability to evaluate customer needs and make tailored recommendations.
• Commitment to delivering superior customer service.
• Good judgment and logical decision‑making.
• Passion for the outdoors and familiarity with related products.
